At VantPanels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the panels back in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
